It is made of durable, CNC precision milled cast iron, and can be used with both right and left tilt saws. The jig can be adjusted from 45 to 90 degrees with adjustable positive stops, and there's a micro-fine adjustment knob for fine width-of-cut settings down to 4/1000-inch. By pushing a button, you can make for macro adjustments. Unlike most jigs that require tools to make adjustments, the DELTA 34-184 features a large thumbscrew that allows for tool-less adjustments. With two ergonomic handles, you'll be able to make smooth cuts every time easily and comfortably. The jig handles up to 3-1/4-inch thick stock and features a quick-release hold down clamp for efficient work. The jig measures 11.8 x 12 x 8.2 inches and weighs 21.3 pounds.
